This is a ONE TIME FEE for bloodwork, physical behavioral assessment, health history review with program intro. If you have had lab work done in the past 30 days. Please email us to confirm or bring it during the initial visit for evaluation. Please keep in mind that we can do the blood work, but Quest or LabCorp will need your insurance to evaluate your lab, or they will send the bill to you if you are self-paid.
After your exam is complete, you will select your monthly weight loss membership (options below).
